Inspection, Testing and Rapid Prototyping
These machines increase yields and productivity by automating repetitive and tedious tasks. Samples need to be created, moved, sorted and tracked. Some machines do these tasks in temperature controlled enclosures while others do them in the open.
Products marked - Modified started with a standard product and then were optimized to meet the customer's system requirements.
Products marked - Custom were designed from the ground up based on the customer's specifications.

These machines are capable of testing capacitors and varistors at production rates of up to 9,000 chips per minute. Multiple tests are simultaneously performed on chips as small as 0402 on an advanced handler using non-jamming patented rotary technology.

These machines test the material properties of metals, plastics, elastomers, films, fibers, foods, fluids, biomaterials and bio-tissues such as cartilage, muscle tissue, etc.
Silicon wafer probe and wafer handlers. With the chips still on the wafer they are functionally tested using a test fixture with hundreds needles that contact tiny metal pads on the surface of each chip. The probes send and measure signal responses from the chips.
This company makes precision test systems for navigational flight equipment such as gyroscopes, inertial sensors, accelerometers and guidance & control components. Features include: multi axis control, variable rate change, accuracy, acceleration and large payload capacity.
Metrology is the physical measurement of objects. This can be simple one dimensional measurements such as length, or full 3-dimensional scans.
quality control. They are also used for reverse engineering or to quickly import an object into a 2D or 3D CAD model.
