APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Applications Engineer to become an integral part of our Product & Support Engineering team. The candidate will work with customers, sales and engineering to help integrate our servo drives into a motion control solution. In addition to Applications Engineering the candidate will be part of the Product Management team and help in the development of new products.

Required Qualifications:

  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a highly technical, fast paced environment.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • This is a full time position located at our Camarillo facility.
  • Some travel (up to 15%) required.

 Preferred Experience:

  • Prior work experience with Motion Control or Mechatronics is desired.
  • C/C++ programming experience highly desired.

HUMAN RESOURCES/PAYROLL ASSOCIATE

Job Summary:

Will assist the Human Resources Manager with payroll and day-to-day operations of the HR office, including: payroll, administration of HR policies, procedures, programs, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-years experience with:
  • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, including time/attendance, generating payroll, and creating reports.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Experience with administration of benefits, compensation programs and other HR programs.
  • Be able to maintain employee-related databases, prepare and analyze reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company, and prepare periodic reports for management, as needed/requested.
  • Employment compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting.
  • Experience with employee orientation, development, and training; policy development and documentation; employee relations; employee safety programs.

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and demonstrated skills in database creation/management and record keeping.

PCB DESIGNER

Job Summary:  

We are looking for a motivated and experienced circuit board designer to become an integral part of our product development team. The right candidate will create printed circuit board artwork working with electronics, embedded and hardware engineers, while contributing design expertise during implementation of ‘state of the art’ servo amplifiers which combine power circuitry, micro-processors and high-speed communications into challenging packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Create artwork and fabrication data for multi-layer printed circuit boards using Mentor Graphics EDA.
  • Work closely with Design Engineers to create effective PCBAs.
  • Add, maintain and validate the AMC parts database for engineering, includes new part add/updates, symbols and footprint.
  • Maintain PCB artwork for active design configurations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years CAD experience with design of high speed digital PCBs including FPGA, DSP and microcontroller based circuits.
  • This is a full-time role working out of our facility in Camarillo, Mon through Fri, 8am to 5pm.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Understanding of electrical circuits, including components functionalities and parasitics.
  • PCB Design experience with analog and digital circuits in highly integrated electronics designs.
  • Collaboration with electronics and mechanical engineers in the implementation of new products.
  • Experience with Mentor Graphics EDA

Required Education:

  • BS or AS degree in Engineering.

SALES ADMINISTRATOR/COORDINATOR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic person to join our fast paced Customer Service / Sales Team.   The Sales Administrator/Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to:   customer contract management, quote creation, return coordination, stock/price/lead time communication, and Sales Manager support.  Excellent team spirit, as well as verbal and written communication skills are a must as this person will be working directly with their regional sales managers, application engineers, customers, shipping and planning teams, and other customer support staff. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and be a skilled typist. 
  • Data entry using custom software programs will also be required.
  • Minimum 3 years sales administration/order management experience required.   
  • This is a full-time position located at our facility in Camarillo, Mon through Fri, 8am to 5pm.  Overtime may be required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Goldmine/CRM, and ERP software experience is preferred. 
  • Experience in a development and manufacturing environment is preferred.

SENIOR TEST TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time, Senior Test Technician to join our team.  Will test and troubleshoot our new and existing products.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior Work Experience: Minimum 2 years heavy testing and troubleshooting.
  • Must understand (be able to analyze) analog and digital circuits, and power supply electronics.
  • Must be able to use oscilloscope and other test equipment such as multimeter, frequency counter, RLC meter and signal generator.
  • Some heavy lifting.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • This is a full-time position located at our facility in Camarillo, Mon through Fri, 8am to 5pm. Overtime may be required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with servo amplifiers.
  • Experience with micro-controllers.

Required Education:

  • Minimum AS EE or equivalent.
