ASSEMBLER (Electronic Assembler/Solderer)

Job Requirements:

  • Must have excellent soldering skills.
  • Must have prior experience with PCBAs.
  • Must have prior experience soldering with SMT components, soldering and assembling thru-hole components and other electro-mechanical components.
  • Will be required to use IPC specifications.

BUYER

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

We are searching for an experienced electrical engineer to become a key, hands-on member of our product development and design team. The right candidate will design, implement, and support electronics hardware from schematic capture to production.

Required Qualifications:

  • Work Experience: 4+ years design experience with BSEE or 2+ years with higher graduate degree.
  • Experience with mixed signal design in industrial environments.
  • Experience with designing on board power supplies.
  • Experience with designing embedded circuits using microcontrollers and SPI, I2C serial interfaces.
  • Experience with simulation tools for mixed signal and basic power circuits.
  • Experience with multi-layer board level design and EMC practices.

FIRMWARE ENGINEER

We are recruiting an experienced Firmware Engineer to be a key contributor within our Embedded Products Development Team.  This team develops state of the art embedded features and products associated with servo controls for motion systems and robotics applications.

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and implement effective, robust, and sustainable code for projects targeting our embedded servo amplifier platform, while working within a multi-developer team construct.
  • Analyze customer requests while creating engineering requirements and specifications.
  • Provide functional analysis, estimate resource allocation and define interfaces for firmware modules.
  • Work with software developers to ensure inter-operability between host and embedded systems.
  • Create specifications and complete unit testing prior to release and customer evaluation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Work Experience:  4+ years with BS degree or 2+ years with MS degree developing embedded firmware in C/C++.
  • Experience with memory operations, serial peripherals (SPI, I2C, CAN), and interrupts.
  • Experience with low-level device driver design for microcontrollers in real-time environments.
  • Ability to read and follow electrical schematics.
  • Good communications skills.

PCBA MANUFACTURING/PROCESS ENGINEER

General:

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Host-side Software Development Team.  This is a full-time job located at our Camarillo, CA facility.  This team provides software products, tooling and libraries which simplify the user experience augmenting our embedded servo products, while adding functional value to the design and integration of motion systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Software Engineer is a key contributor within our Host-side Software Development Team partaking in the design, architecture, and development of advanced software solutions, and providing high levels of system support. This individual adheres to the company’s software solutions while following industry best practices surrounding SDLC. Must be able to interpret and articulate business needs and demonstrate competency in providing business solutions. Must be able to work independently and on a team.

  • Commitment to excellence in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting software.
  • Provide project-scope technical leadership within the Software Development team.
  • Collaborate with Product Management group, Hardware Team and Firmware Team to clarify the requirements and to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Contribute high quality, effective, maintainable and updatable code through the company’s software release cycles.
  • Effectively estimate project work and communicate issues and risks that might impact development timeline, budget or resources.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Technical Writer to become a key member of our company’s Product & Support Group team. Will interface daily with all departments within the company to maintain and add to an established document library.

TEST ENGINEER

JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking an experienced Test Engineer to develop and implement functional test programs to validate and verify our hardware, software and system designs.  Help us fully automate our testing to maximize resource utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement special test software and hardware within our engineering facilities to automate testing.
  • Provide testability input to Engineering on new product development designs.
  • Support manufacturing test of analog and embedded devices.

Required Skills
