Introducing New 60-Amp RS485/232 FlexPro Servo Drive

We've just released the FM060-60C-RM, the RS485/RS232 version of the machine embedded 60-amp continuous micro-sized FlexPro servo drive (Try saying that three times fast).

... I couldn't do it either.

We design FlexPro® servo drives to have the most compact form and highest power density possible. Despite its tiny 38 x 25 mm footprint, this serial communication servo drive features a 60-amp continuous current rating. This ensures that your cobot arm or mobile robot wheel will have the torque it needs to get the job done without adding any additional bulk.

Serving as an alternative to our PCB mount FlexPro drives, the flying leads and Molex connectors on this drive allow it to be installed just about anywhere in your system. The drive also features a USB-C port so you can easily connect to a PC for configuration.

Key Specs and Features:

  • RS485 and RS232 Communication
  • Machine Embedded form factor
  • 60 amps continuous/peak current output
  • 10-55 VDC input
  • 50.8 x 25.4 x 22.1 mm (2.00 x 1.00 x 0.87 in)

Also Released

We've released the development board version of the 20-90 VDC micro-sized EtherCAT FlexPro drives, the FD100-25-EM.

The development board is perfect for prototyping and developing applications that will use the PCB mount or machine embedded style FlexPro drives. This servo drive can output 25 amps continuous, 50 amps peak.
