Inductive loads are often used in experimenting with magnetic fields or with magnetic manipulation that can’t be categorized as traditional motors.
Advantage
- A servo drive doesn't distinguish between an inductive load or a traditional motor - the drive will still close the current loop and maintain the commanded current
