FABTECH Show, Las Vegas, Nov 16-18 2016

We will be at the FABTECH show Nov 16-18 in Las Vegas NV. We are excited to debut our newest motion demo – a multi-axis gantry controlled with Click&Move. Click&Move is perfect for machine builders who want to easily automate their plasma welders, routers, mills, CMM and other metal forming and fabrication machines.

Our very popular micro-sized Z-Drives family now has velocity mode capability. With the addition of 3 models with built-in interface cards and 3 more with plug-in style mounting, these full featured drives operate with brushless and brushed servo motors and are available immediately.

POWERLINK Certified Products

On Wednesday, December 2, 2015 we successfully completed POWERLINK network compliance testing with officials from the Ethernet POWERLINK Standards Group (EPSG) in Austria. DigiFlex® Performance™ POWERLINK certified products include panel mount servo drives (DPP series) and plug-in Z-Drives (DZP series). Certification ensures smooth system integration with B&R controls and ADVANCED Motion Controls’ servo drives for POWERLINK Certified Products


AMC on “The World’s Greatest!…” TV Show.

The producers of the television show “World’s Greatest!…”, recently selected ADVANCED Motion Controls to be a part of the popular television series. “ADVANCED Motion Controls is one of the fastest growing privately-held motion control companies in the industry. Micro MACC released

The micro-MACC is the newest addition to the MACC controller family. It is designed to be a compact, low cost, controller for machine automation and/or process control applications. Based on the firmware loaded, the micro-MACC can control up to 6 axes of servos or steppers via Pulse/Direction signals, servo drives via the CAN Bus, or Micro MACC released

Click&Move 5.3.2 Released

The latest version of Click&Move has been released. Improvements and new features include: Faster 3D path images using the V3D HMI object, built-in Metric/Imperial unit switching in the CNC_PlasmaCutter example and improved multi-axis coordinated path motion.
